My friend Susan has cooked up a new idea: Black & White Wednesday!
The general idea is to feature photos of anything food-cooking-eating related using only black and white.
I'm going to try to participate once a month, focusing on a food that's particular to that month.
One of our local grocery stores just got in a shipment of Michigan blueberries and we picked up a 5 lb. box!

Thanks, Susan! I've been wanting to jump in, but summer at the library has been wrapping up, so life's been a little busy...
We froze some, made sauce with some and did ginger shortcakes with some! Those were almost like scones, except a bit heavier. Mmmm...
