pullulate

Our oregano plant (bush?) is growing out of control again this year.

I decided something needed to be done. Drying the herb isn't cutting it, as far as consuming the quantity that is produced. So I browsed through my Google Reader stash and found a recipe for a pesto that uses a good amount of oregano. I quadrupled it and put a bunch in the freezer. And I'll do it again in the near future.

Next I have to figure out what to do with the tarragon...

all I can say is good luck.
I read in Taste of Home to fill ice cube trays with a bunch of fresh herbs, add water, and then freeze. A great way to save cilantro! I am so excited!
