I'm lining up several frozen confection recipes for July in order to celebrate that long holiday: National Ice Cream Month.

So, in no particular order:

• Lemon Olive Oil Ice Cream
• Iced Coffee Pops
• Cantaloupe Sherbet
• Salted Caramel Ice Cream
• Chili Lime Watermelon Pops
• Mexican Fudgesicles
• Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream
• Matcha Mousse Pops

Of course, that list is waaaay longer than I have time for accomplishing, and it doesn't include things from my ice cream book, but I have narrowed it down some.
