I pinned this recipe a while ago, thinking it would be a great way to use some of the smaller garlic in our garden.

Then the scapes were abundant and I thought perhaps I could try using them instead!

The whole kitchen smelled garlicky as the salt was drying, but the flavor was veeerry subtle on the pork chops. Perhaps the difference between garlic powder and garlic salt... I also wonder if it's because I used scapes and not a bulb. Nevertheless, it's an easy recipe and makes for some pretty salt!
